This kit comes with a 315w (CMH) lighting kit. 315W kits are extremely efficient and have a spectral output close to that of the sun. 315w light kits have a colour rendering index of 90% and the sun is rated 100%. By mimicking nature this closely, plants grown under these lamps form more lateral branches, have a closer node structure, produce more flowering sites and increased root structures.
