The Vortex Twin Speed Fan Controller can be programmed to control extraction to keep the room at a specific temperature. It will give you full control over negative pressure by allowing you to set the required fan speed / balance. 

There are 2 power outlets meaning you can plug in both your intake and exhaust fans at the same time. The power outlets are capable of controlling fans up to a maximum power of 320 watts.
